LogYourTrade is a trade journaling and analytics platform that helps traders log their trades, analyze performance, and build trading playbooks. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal informational and educational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all trade data, notes, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LogYourTrade and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LogYourTrade is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment adviser. The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Any data, analytics, or information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Disclaimer for more details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogYourTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogYourTrade, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
